Fully furnished, self contained one bedroom unit.  All linen provided.  Complimentary tea and coffee provided.

Open plan lounge with beautiful sea views overlooking the bay.  A sofa bed provides extra sleeping space if needed.

Double bed in separate bedroom. 

Fully equipped kitchen.  Nice, modern bathroom. 

Relax in the sunroom with a nice cuppa or glass of wine.  The deck gives panoramic views of the whole bay.  A BBQ is on-site.

Outside there is plenty of off street parking for a boat or kayak.

Large TV with freeview channels.  DVD which doubles as a CD player.

Disabled access.  Level entry to back door.
